1 Appellant, Susanne Marie Haines, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, for the offense of Indecent Exposure. Her punishment was fixed at a fine of five thousand dollars ($5,000) and a term of two (2) years imprisonment, said term being suspended by the trial court. From said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
